Support options

Codejig offers a range of support packages to best address various requirements and needs. Packages differ in terms of complexity of issues they cover, response time and communication channels. Help desk and Free Support package are available for all Codejig ERP users. Administrators of Company Accounts can purchase the Prepaid and Pay Per Case packages for all company users.

Support is available for all packages on business days (Mon-Fri) between 9:00 and 17:00 (GMT +3).

Pay Per Case

150 Euro per hour

Pay Per Case support entitles users to apply for immediate and top-priority processing of complicated or urgent requests that will be handled by the most highly skilled technical specialists. The package covers troubleshooting of issues related to software settings, correction of system faults, access configuration, technical assistance with data integration between Codejig ERP and other software, etc. Pay Per Case support is available for users that do not use the Prepaid Support package.
